The Laundry Room is not responsible for:

• Items left unattended
• Damage resulting from normal washing procedures
• Pre-existing wear, damage, or manufacturer defects
• Shrinkage, fading, or color bleeding due to fabric characteristics

For Pickup & Delivery inquiries, customers should contact us directly, as online scheduling is not currently available.

4. Payments

All service fees must be paid at the time of service using the payment methods accepted by The Laundry Room.

Customers may not submit items that contain:

• Hazardous materials
• Items contaminated with bodily fluids
• Dry-clean-only items without prior approval
• Infested items, including those affected by bed bugs or lice
